New Shelf Goodies & The Weekly Nutshell {50}

For New Shelf Goodies, I'll be showing you what lovely books I acquired this week, whether from publishers, or the library, or from whatever half-crazed book-buying binge I happened to go on. :D (Inspired by Tynga's Stacking the Shelves) The Weekly Nutshell will be just that...my week here at Stories & Sweeties, in a nutshell. (inspired by Ginger @ GReads and her recaps at the end of the TGIF posts)

Here's what's new to my shelves this week!
 For review:
Set in a post-Victorian gothic boarding school..something magical going on...has me very excited!
Bit scared of this one! Looks really creepy and the synopsis is just bizarre but has me so curious!

Bought:
Went to a signing for these lovely ladies just yesterday.  Such fun authors to meet and chat with! Looking forward to both of their books!

The Weekly Nutshell:

 Hope everyone had a great week!

  6. I've heard of the deepest night and it does sound really awesome! It sounds like that kind of book that you just automatically think, "Gosh, I wish my life was like this - exciting, romantic, dark, thrilling, ... in the 1910s era." Lol! Also, the cover of Tarnish is BEAUTIFUL! Happy reading :)

  8. Fabulous books! I'm a bit scared to read Engines of the Broken World - sounds so, so eerie! Tarnish looks fabulous, though.

    Hope you enjoy everything! :)
