Time again for another round of Old Books, New Looks,
where I feature the covers of books that have already been released and
their redesigned paperback counterpart! :) Sometimes I like the new
better, sometimes I like the old. Here's a few that I've come across
lately:
Here's my thoughts on these:
~Dark Eyes: I actually love both of these! Love the intensity of the old one, you definitely know that its an action-packed thriller from this cover, but the new one is purple (gets points for my being my fave color ;D) and I love the sort of disorienting feeling you get from looking up at the skyscrapers.
~Mercy: OH so glad they changed this cover. I really disliked the original. Drab, drab, drab. But the new one is fantastic with the luminescent gold and the birds and her upswept hair. Gorgeous!
~Misfit: New one is cool, but I have to admit I prefer the original.
~The Name of the Star: Undecided. I really love them both. Ok, maybe the new one just a teensy bit more. :)
So what do you think? Old or New?
