My thoughts: The Faerie court and it's wicked twisted ways is always something that has drawn me in. This cover is a gorgeous illustration and I love it. The title, so pretty. I love the "creativity as power" idea. Everything (barring that very last line of the synopsis, which just went a little cheesy for me LOL), the characters, the world, the magic---all sound pretty awesome! :)
