My thoughts: Small towns, witches, murder mystery,...and the synopsis hints of an enchanted dress! This sounds so fun and right up my alley.
I love the sounds of this, and I haven't seen it before either. :) Great choice.

This book is new to me and it sounds fantastic! I like the whole "friendship, magic, murder mystery" thing too. I will be adding this to my TBR list.
